MacHaloMods Changes Name, Launches New Site 8:56 AM | Tuncer Deniz | Comment on this story
Back in February IMG brought you news of a new site called MacHaloMods, a site dedicated for modders of the premier first-person shooter Halo: Combat Evolved. Today the folks who run the site have moved relaunched the site under a new name and design. The new site, now called MacHaloDev, features a forum, an IRC chat feature, comments, and user submitted reviews for downloads. Here's a bit more from the PR: Users are now able to submit their own articles, downloads, news, tutorials, add to FAQ questions queue, answers to FAQs, and more. You can probably best get a feel for the new site by creating an account and having a look around yourself. Unregistered views only get to see about 40% of the sites features so you must be registered to use the site to its fullest. Also, since your original news story, the site has received a good deal of new content by the way of tools, tutorials, and articles. Soon a new tool will be out that will allow viewing and editing of the BSP, like SparkEdit for PC does with Halo Xbox and PC. This gives mod makers a huge new realm of possibilities. Be sure to follow the link below to check out the new web site.
