World of Warcraft Q&A 8:54 AM | Eddie Park | Comment on this story
Readers still searching for any bit of information they can find concerning the upcoming World of Warcraft MMORPG may want to check out an interview conducted by the folks at Kingdoms of Azeroth. The subject of this particular Q&A session is Donna "Katricia" Anthony, WoW's official Community Manager, and she provides some interesting insight into various aspects of WoW. Topics discussed include the ability of players of different races to group early on, the inclusion of Blizzard's trademark humor in the game, and the often touchy subject of selling game-related content for real money: The selling of characters or items is not a feature supported in World of Warcraft. Any users that choose to participate in this activity do so at their own risk. Blizzard will not facilitate nor mediate in the sale or trading of characters/items. Further, users should be warned that attempts to transfer items between characters can result in lost items or damaged characters. Blizzard is not responsible for lost items or damaged characters. Anthony also briefly touches on the playing of a Priest, new forum avatars, and the possibility of servers catering to either player vs. player or role playing gamers.
