While the word from LucasArts has been pretty much mum, Gamespot is reporting the president of the company has resigned. In his position, VP Mike Nelson will be in charge. Here's what the report had to say:
With little warning, LucasArts president Simon Jeffery resigned today. The company issued a brief statement this afternoon saying that Jeffery "has decided to leave the company and return to his native England with his family." No official reason for the exit was given. Mike Nelson, LucasArts' vice president of finance and administration, will serve as acting general manager until a replacement is found. While the Mac has seen LucasArts titles making their way to the platform of late, it remains to be seen what, if any, effect this may have on future Mac titles.
