Freeware publishers Mountain King Studios have just released a free expansion set to their side-scrolling space adventure Demonstar.

The title, which retails for $15.95 USD, features rolling OpenGL-rendered landscapes and a brand new soundtrack and sound effects. Players need to fight their way through wave after wave of alien throngs bent on taking over the Earth.

The Demonstar expansion pack, dubbed Secret Missions 1, extends player's enjoyment of the game by offering entire new levels to the original game, replete with entirely new aliens and fierce new weapons of destruction.
