According to the post on Westlake's web site, the game is currently in duplication. Here's what Westlake had to say: Medal of Honor Allied Assault Spearhead has gone Gold! Aspyr has the game in duplication; it should be arriving in stores soon. The expansion pack also includes over 12 new multiplayer levels including the Arnhem Bridge and the streets of Berlin. In early April, Aspyr Media, the publisher of Medal of Honor and its expansion pack, released a multiplayer-only demo of Spearhead.
