The popular arcade emulator, MacMame, has been updated to version 0.66. The latest version brings MacMame up to speed with the PC version of Mame 0.66, along with making a few Mac specific fixes. Along with this new release, the developers of MacMame have noted that starting with 0.67, Mac OS X will be required. Here's a list of fixes in the latest version: -In sync with the Win32 0.66 build. There are many changes and bugfixes to the Mac code as part of this process. Note also that starting with MacMAME 0.67, support for the classic MacOS will be dropped. [Raphael Nabet, Brad Oliver] -Preliminary support for HID devices that report themselves as "hatswitches" under OSX.
