Avernum 3 Patch Available

Spiderweb Software as released a patch that updates older versions of their fantasy role-playing game Avernum 3 to v1.1.3. The list of fixes isn't long, but it's a good update for users of OS X. From Spiderweb's website: It fixes some problems introduced with Mac OS X 10.2.1 and also makes combat go faster when playing at Fast speed. Also, combat animations will be displayed correctly now. For those of you that haven't tried the game, here's what you're missing out:Avernum 3 features an enormous scenario, with well over 100 towns, villages and dungeons. There is a fascinating story and a dynamic world which changes according to the actions of the player. Refugees move from town to town. People die. If nothing is done, towns will crumble into dust.
