Master of Orion III Goes Gold, Shipping March 25th 11:17 AM | Tuncer Deniz | Comment on this story
MacSoft's Al Schilling emailed IMG this morning to let us know that the highly-anticipated space strategy game, Master of Orion III went gold on Monday and is currently in manufacturing . In early March, MacSoft announced in a press release that it expected to ship the game on March 19th. However, due to logistical issues, the game's release date has been moved to March 25th. Master of Orion III will require a Macintosh computer with a 350MHz or faster G3/G4 processor, 128MB RAM (256MB recommended), OS 9.1 or OSX v10.1.5 or higher, a monitor with support for 800x600 at Thousands of Colors, and 400MB of hard drive space.
