IMG's week-long series of features on OS X continues with a look at multiplayer games for Mac OS X. It’s been an exciting year for OS X multiplayer gaming. There were important developments ranging from improved support for browser-based games, the release of GameRanger 3.0, and lots of new games.

It started out as a trickle: a shareware game here, a patch to an existing game there.
