Neverwinter Nights Press Event Gallery

Yesterday, RPG Vault posted a number of new screenshots and artwork from a travelling "press event" hosted by publisher Infogrames showcasing Neverwinter Nights. The fantasy role-playing game, in development at BioWare, uses the Advanced Dungeons & Dragons rule set and, like Icewind Dale and the Baldur's Gate series, is set in the Forgotten Realms: Last week and again this week, developer BioWare and publisher Infogrames have extended their hospitality to a number of games writers from around the world, first a group from Europe and then one from North America and Asia. The focus has been Neverwinter Nights, the very eagerly awaited Dungeons & Dragons-based title that begins with the scenario outlined above. According to recent reports, the game is now projected for release this summer. It is certain to be a feature attraction at this year's E3 trade show in a few weeks, but showings there tend to be quite short, usually 30 minutes or less, so the companies wanted to offer selected individuals a much better and much longer look.
