Yesterday, Wolfpack Studios, developers of the upcoming MMORPG Shadowbane, added a few new screenshots to the Official Shadowbane website. The screenshots show off, in glorious detail, the game's more unique armor sets, such as Wyrmscale armor, and Elven Platemail. Be sure to note the extraordinary level of detail that has been put into each set, right down to the texturing of the material.

Shadowbane is one of the most eagerly anticipated of the upcoming MMORPGs scheduled to be released on the Mac. Currently, Shadowbane is in beta testing at Wolfpack, with an expected release date of "when it is ready." Originally planned for a launch during the first half of 2002, recent developments during the beta testing process prompted the change, which the developers felt was in the best interest of the game and its potential players.

When it is released, Shadowbane will be published by UbiSoft.
