NCsoft and Paragon Studios have updated the website for Going Rogue, the upcoming expansion for its super hero themed MMO, City of Heroes. The update includes information about the powerful psychic Mother Mayhem and her network of fellow mind benders, The Seers.

Praetor Tilman (a.k.a. Mother Mayhem), is Emperor Cole's personal advisor. She truly loves Praetoria, and will go to any lengths to preserve harmony. With her immense psychic powers, she uncovers traitors and enemies who threaten the peace in Praetoria. At the same time, Praetor Tilman pioneered treatments which rehabilitated hundreds of thousands of injured survivors of the Hamidon Wars. Thanks to her efforts, everyone in Praetoria knows the benefits of having a pure mind. Unfortunately, this peace came at a terrible cost.

The Seers are Mother Mayhem's greatest contribution to Praetoria, a network of powerful psychics who monitor the thoughts of the citizens to stop them from committing crimes. The Seers were once unstable and dangerous, but with the help of Mother Mayhem, they chose to use their powers for the safety of the world. Vigilant, uncompromising, but fair, the Seers help keep Praetoria safe by making sure that potential criminals are properly educated before they can do great harm.
