Neon Surge recently announced the release of ZoneOut, a new arcade action title for the iPhone and iPod Touch. In the game players pilot the Yellow Lightning in a battle to save the galaxy from the grip of the Axis of Evil. ZoneOut features 30 levels, 4 powerups, and 6 unlockable achievement awards. Many centuries ago the Axis of Evil developed 6 deadly ships, Saucer, Starfish, Tadpole, Blue, Fusion and their leader Stealth. World after world, the Axis spread their rule over the universe. Until now, no one has been able to challenge the evil forces. After years of research scientists and engineers from across the universe developed a new and mighty ship that could possibly defeat the deadly six. They called this ship Yellow Lightning, piloted by you, to fight for truth, justice, and the universal way. Yellow Lightning is the galaxy's last chance to bring light from the darkness. Good may once again triumph over evil, can you save the universe? Zone out enemy territory to save the universe! The more you zone out, the higher your score will climb. Internet high scores give you bragging rights throughout the universe. Soar your way through 30 vibrant and challenging levels and have 4 pickups to help you along the way. There are 6 awards unlocked based on achievements throughout the game. You can configure the game to be able to use your accelerometer or finger swipes. In addition you can invert the accelerometer y/x axis' and the sensitivity of the accelerometer or swipes. ZoneOut is available from the iTunes App Store.
