Spike TV and Electronic Arts are sponsoring a new Spore themed contest to celebrate the awarding of the first Spike VGA Gamer God Award to game designer Will Wright. Using the tools available in Spore or the Spore Creature Creator participants will create a 60 second movie and submit it to Spike.com. The creator of the best entry will win a trip for two to the 2008 Spike Video Game Awards in December as well as the chance to meet Wright himself.

This year, video game Designer Will Wright will be honored with the first ever Spike VGA "Gamer God" award. As a part of the celebration, Spike and EA celebrate the SPORE user community with "The Wright Stuff SPORE UGC"; a contest that gives YOU the chance to come out to this year's VGAs as a VIP and meet the legendary designer himself! Using the in game tools, or the free Creature Creator program, upload your most creative, entertaining, weird, and fun 60 second movie to Spike.com. A panel of judges including game creator Will Wright will select the best of the best!

Grand Prize:
Round Trip Airfare, 2 Nights Hotel, and Ground Transportation for Winner and 1 Eligible Guest to the 2008 Spike Video Game Awards on Sunday December 14th in Culver City, California.
