games.macnn.com has posted a small feature which lists information on the characters of Oni recently released by publisher Gathering of developers. This third-person shooter features a 17-level solo game and over 50 characters, so this list just scratches the surface.

The feature also contains a collection of screen shots which appear to be from a training level in the game. There is also one screen shot which features a comparison between normal Rage 128 Pro 3D acceleration and the Voodoo4 4500 card with 2x FSAA enabled. The tutorial seems quite detailed, and should be a great way to learn Konoko's complex repertoire of moves. Be sure and check out the screen shots for more details.

Oni will be released on January 29th for Mac, PC and Playstation 2 simultaneously.
