FreeCiv Updated to Version 2.0

Slashdot.org is reporting that FreeCiv, an open source version of Civilisation, has reached version 2.0. This remake of the classic computer game created by Sid Meier is currently in a stable form after a long development process. From the Slashdot report: Freeciv 2.0.0 has been released upon the world!
