Apple Goes Bionicle 7:34 AM | Marcus Albers | Comment on this story
Apple has posted an article about Bionicle, the Lego action-adventure game released last month by UK Mac publishers Feral Interactive and developed by Zonic. The game, based on the successful Lego Technic toy line, has players playing one of seven different Toa heroes. The player's goal is to explore Mata Nui island in order to defeat the evil Makuta and his minions. Gameplay ranges from snowboarding to jumping to battles. There are also many bonuses to be had, if you can find them: You will also find lightstones during your travels. Collect them to unlock special bonuses in Kini Nui, which you can visit during breaks in your adventure. Those bonuses include video recordings of key moments from your journeys, a visitor’s guide that explains more about the island and its inhabitants and other secrets that I will leave you to discover. Don’t worry if you don’t find all of a Wahi’s lightstones — once you have completed it, you can return later to discover the missing ones. Head over to Apple's site and read up on the Bionicle game and world.
