iDevGames Begins '21 Days Later' Contest 7:32 AM | Andy Largent | Comment on this story
Following on the success of their most recent uDevGames competition, iDevGames has announced a new programming contest now underway called 21 Days Later: Accelerated. This challenge gives would-be game programmers a tight three-week deadline to produce a small, OS X-native racing game. Accelerated is actually the second of their "mini" contests, with the first being "21 Days Later: Vectorized" which focused on retro-style gaming. If you're interested in participating in Accelerated, you have until January 31 to sign up with February 10 as the final deadline. Additionally, the top three winners will receive a prize from sponsor Pangea of Brian Greenstone's new Mac game programming book. For official rules, head over to iDevGames' site now. Stay tuned for more from IMG as the entries appear and winners are chosen.
