Garagegames, makers of the low-cost and powerful 3D Torque game engine, recently announced that their new 2D Torque product would support Apple's upcoming Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger. The engine takes care of the brunt of the work for game designers wanting to make 2D games, allowing them to focus on art gameplay.
